While I enjoy the freedom being a business owner brings and feel that I am on my way to creating the perfect job, my big picture goals for 2011 include passive income streams that match billable client work. I spend a lot of time identify the big leverage points in my business that act as constraints and keep us from building capacity. Too often in the beginning that constraint was my personal time but now that's not the case. The special sauce - our corporate goals also include a social conscience - specifically to support an orphanage ran by a friend of mine in Vijayawada India. Corporations like Cadbury truly inspire me.
